Behzad began his real estate career in 2004 and has spent more than two decades working throughout the Portland market. He established Zad Realty & Property Management in 2010 and has built his business entirely through referrals—a reflection of the trust he develops with his clients, the relationships he maintains, and the level of service he provides.

His approach is intentionally hands-on and personal. Whether helping a client buy or sell a home, evaluate an investment, position a rental, or oversee the ongoing management of a property, Behzad provides thoughtful guidance, responsive communication, and careful attention to detail at every step.
